Shipping policy

General:

  • All watercolor artwork purchased online will be processed carefully and packaged to ensure safe delivery and shipped within 5-10 business days of order origination.
  • All COMMISSIONED and CUSTOM watercolor artwork purchased online will be carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and shipped within 5-10 business days of project completion or payment of invoice balance (whichever comes first).
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your artwork, as well as your delivery location.
  • We use USPS for most deliveries.
Packaging:
  • Artwork will be protected with acid-free tissue paper, and placed between sturdy cardboard backing to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping for large or framed pieces must be arranged beforehand and may require additional cost to cover protective packaging, including corner protectors.
  • All packages will be clearly labeled with "Fragile" and/or "Do Not Bend" markings.
Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days via USPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days available for an additional fee, please contact us for details.
Delivery Confirmation:
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Insurance:
  • For artwork valued over $100, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance for added protection against loss or damage during transit. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order.
International Shipping:
  • We ship internationally, however, please be aware that customs fees and duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Items:
  • In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Watercolor artwork is delicate and should be handled with care.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
