Refund policy
Returns and Refunds:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) cannot be returned.

In-person workshops and classes are eligible for a refund only if requested at least 7 days prior to the start date. Within 7 days of the workshop, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the workshop start time.

Online classes and workshops are not eligible for refunds once access has been granted.
To start a return:

Contact us at erinmichal@themrssimmonsart.com to let us know you'd like to return your item.

Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions:

Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital downloads are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at erinmichal@themrssimmonsart.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or replacement.
EU Consumer Rights:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email). You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Changes to This Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
